Hi, I'm Aimee Altomare

I am a former corporate Vice-President turned Certified Life and Mindset Coach, who helps working professionals manage their mental workload and enhance overall work-life integration. I am passionate about guiding professionals to get clear on their desired outcomes, so they may drive impact in their career AND leave a lasting legacy for their family.

As a mother, an ambitious goal-setter, and former corporate vice president, the pressure I faced within was fierce. While the achievement mentality served me well in my 18-year corporate career, I struggled with how to manage my career, kids, household, relationships, and overall wellness once becoming a parent. So I began searching for solutions to figure out how to minimize stress and overwhelm and replace them with joy and well-being for myself and my family.
